Amparo Moreno is a passionate educator and student support professional at Madison Area Technical College (Madison College), where she serves as a Student Support Facilitator for the High School Equivalency Program (HEP). In her role, she provides academic advising, mentorship, and personal development support to students working toward completing their high school equivalency diplomas.

With an academic background in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and prior studies in Dietetics at New Mexico State University, Amparo brings a well-rounded, student-centered approach to her work.

Known for her dedication to building inclusive and empowering learning environments, she collaborates with faculty and staff to create pathways that support student success, retention, and personal growth.
